Student Offer - Student Apartments

Are you a student in need of a place to stay?

We know how difficult it is to find living arrangements as students in Copenhagen. Therefore, we would like to help the students facing the housing shortage by offering a student discount on our Single Apartments.

Our Apartments is equipped with private bathroom as well as a kitchenette containing fridge, kettle, and microwave oven.

The price includes electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, and weekly cleaning with linen change. Additionally, the tenants will have access to all the hotels facilities including launderette.

Minimum one month accommodation i Apartment Single:

Single person - 9.000,- DKK per month

Minimum three months accommodation in Apartment Single:

Single person - 8.500,- DKK per month

You must pay in advance to obtain the discount, and you also need to prove that you are currently studying by sending us a copy of your valid student id or an official document from your school/university confirming your enrolment. PS: We only have a limited number of rooms on this offer.

The rules of the hotels must always be followed. The rules are: no pets allowed, smoking is only permitted outside in the marked areas, loud music/parties are not allowed, the room must only be occupied by one person, and you are not allowed to have overnight guests.

Any violation of the previously mentioned rules will result in immediate termination of the stay.
