We do not have a restaurant at the hotel, but we do sell sandwiches and salads at the reception. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located so there ar a lot of options closeby. Please ask at the reception for suggestions.

We do not allow any pets at the hotel.

You can buy beverages, snacks, sandwiches, and salads in our 24 hour open reception.

In relation to our green profile, we have chosen not to have a fridge in the rooms, but we do have a fridge in reception which can be used for storing medicine.

We offer breakfast at the hotel. It is served in our breakfast restaurant which is located on -1. Breakfast is served between 6.30 AM and 10 AM on weekdays and 7.30 AM and 10.30 AM on weekends.

The price is DKK 125,- per person per day, but if you add breakfast when making a reservation or add it at check in, you can get it for DKK 99,- per person per day.

The hotel has 36 parking spaces. The price is DKK 180,- per day. You have your own parking space from check in until 1 PM on the day of check out. Please note that the number of spaces are limited. You can pre-book parking HERE. 6 of the spaces are reserved for charching electric cars. The cost for these spaces is the same as regular cars. Payment for charging your car happens via Sperto, and you have to use your own charging cables. Sperto can use more than 30 different apps/chips from other providers and the payment can also be done by credit card on Sperto's payment site. The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the balconies. We refer that you either go to our courtyard which is accessible between 7.30 AM to 10 PM or the streets.

We have ironing facilities in the lounge.

From the airport you can take the train from Terminal 3, Track 2 towards Copenhagen/Helsingør and get off at Copenhagen Central Station. The hotel is located 700 metres from the station. A taxi from the airport is approx. DKK 300,-

From Langelinje you can take the S-train from Østerport to Copenhagen Central Station.

From Oceankajen you can take the metro from Orientkaj to Copenhagen Central Station.

We accept the follwoing currency at the hotel: DKK, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK, and USD. Please note that our charge for the exhange might differ from the one your bank charges you.

You can use our laundry facilities, washing machines and dryers, for a charge. Soap is included. We also have a dry cleaning service for a charge. Just hand over your clothes at the reception in a bag. You can find the price list at the reception.

If you have booked a room with a flexible rate, you can cancel the reservation until 12 PM on the day of arrival.

In order to change or cancel a reservation made with a third party booking agent, you must contact them directly.

If you wish to book a room at a CABINN hotel, you must always guarantee the reservation with a credit card. We don't accept debit cards as a guarantee. If you make the booking online on the CABINN webiste you must prepay.
