We guearantee that you can check in after 3 PM and you must check out before 11 AM. You can request late check out until 1 PM for the cost of DKK 100,- per hour. After 1 PM, The charge is 1 night.

We have rental bikes at the hotel. The price is DKK 150,- per day.

Depending on the room type, it is possible to add and extra person for an extra cost per night. The price depends on the room type. Please contact the reception to request the extra person.

We do not have a restaurant at the hotel, but we do sell sandwiches and salads at the reception. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to the shopping mall, Fisketorvet, where you can find a lot of restuarants, and since the hotel is centrally located, there are many restaurant option nearby. Please ask the reception for sugestions

You are allowed to bring one dog in some rooms.

• Only 1 dog allowed in the room.
• It is only available for some Standard Plus rooms. It is subject to availability and upon request only. The booking MUST be confirmed by the hotel to be valid. If you arrive with your dog without having received a confirmation for a dog-friendly room, the hotel is allowed to reject the guest if there is no availability.
• The dog must be on lease in the common areas of the hotel.
• It is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room – only exception is when you eat breakfast.
• Put the “Dog in the room” sign on the door, so housekeeping does not enter.
• If you wish to have cleaning during your stay, you will have to leave the room with the dog. Please remember to book the cleaning in the reception.
• Please be aware it is not allowed to bring the dog to breakfast and fitness.
• It is not allowed for the dog to be on the bed – so please bring a basket or blanket.
• Please be aware that you as owner is responsible for any damages made by your dog – any damages must be reported to the reception straight away.
• The price for the dog is 150 DKK per night.

You can buy beverages, snacks, sandwiches, and salads in our 24 hour open reception.

Only our apartment rooms have refrigerators

We offer a nice breakfast buffet at the hotel. It is served in our breakfast restaurant which is located on the 1st floor. Breakfast is served between 6.30 AM and 10 AM on weekdays and 7.30 AM and 10.30 AM on weekends. The price is DKK 125,- per person per day, but if you add breakfast when making a reservation or add it at check in, you can get it for DKK 99,- per person per day.

Large parking area with 313 parking spaces in our parking garage in connection with the hotel (DKK 210,-/24 hours). 30 of the parking spaces are for charging of electric cars. The price for parking your electric car in one of those spaces is the same as regular parking. Payment for charging your car is done through Norlys and you need to bring your own charging cables. Norlys can use more than 30 different apps/cards from many different providers and it is also possible to pay by credit card on their website: https://norlys.dk/opladning/sperto/ Please note that the max height for the garage is 2 metres.

The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

From the airport you can take the train from Terminal 3, Track 2 towards Copenhagen/Helsingør and get off at Copenhagen Central Station. From here you can either take bus 7A towards Ny Ellebjerg St. and get off at Tivoli Hotel, or you can take an S-train to Dybbelsbro Station.

From Langelinje you can take the S-train from Østerport to Dybbelsbro Station.

From Oceankajen you can take the metro from Orientkaj to Copenhagen Central Station.

We accept the follwoing currency at the hotel: DKK, EUR, and USD. Please note that our charge for the exhange might differ from the one your bank charges you.

You can use our laundry facilities, washing machines and dryers, for a charge. Soap is included. We also have a dry cleaning service for a charge. Just hand over your clothes at the reception in a bag. You can find the price list at the reception.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a room at CABINN. Underaged children must accompanied by an adult.

We have a few handicap-friendly rooms. To book these, you must book a Captain room.

The common kitchen is open from 7 AM to 10.45 PM and is free to you for Apartment guests. To gain access you must go to the reception and fill out some forms. If you use the kitchen, you are responsible for cleaning and doing your own dishes, and it is not allowed to remove anything from the kitchen. The following regulations must be obeyed: no smoking, the kitchen is for everyone so show consideration for the other guests, no parties or loud music in the kitchen.

Yes, all rooms have their own bathroom with a shower.

The fitness room is open from 7 AM to 10.45 PM. To gain access you must go to the reception.

The reception is open 24/7.

Yes, all floors have elevator access.

If you have booked a room with a flexible rate, you can cancel the reservation until 12 PM on the day of arrival.

In order to change or cancel a reservation made with a third party booking agent, you must contact them directly.

If you wish to book a room at a CABINN hotel, you must always guarantee the reservation with a credit card. We don't accept debit cards as a guarantee. If you make the booking online on the CABINN webiste you must prepay.
